a space for healing and growth
You may be here because something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or stuck. Or maybe you’re simply longing for a space to reflect and reconnect with yourself. Whatever brings you here, I’m glad you’ve arrived.
As a psychotherapist, I offer a quiet, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface at your pace, in your way. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about making space for what’s been hidden, silenced, or hurting to come into the light.
My work is informed by over seven years of clinical experience and 6000+ hours of therapy work and seeing over 350 clients, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and extensive training in Transactional Analysis, trauma-informed therapy, Mentalization-Based Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and more, I offer a steady and compassionate presence.
I don’t just offer therapy, I live this process myself. Through years of personal reflection, therapy, and supervision, I bring a grounded and relational presence to every session.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and possibilities, so you can begin to move toward more clarity, connection, and ease.
